MiniInvite is free to use. How we handle questions about earlier purchases and refunds.
There is nothing to pay for creating, publishing or sharing an invitation and collecting guest replies, and no card details are collected. Because no new charges are made, there is nothing to refund on a new invitation.
Invitations bought before MiniInvite became free keep working and the original receipts remain valid. If something you paid for did not work as described, email us and we'll look at it and refund where that's fair.
Email support@miniinvite.com from the address on your receipt and include your event name or invitation link. Where a refund applies it is returned to the original payment method.
