MiniInvite lets hosts create mobile invitations, share a link by WhatsApp, text or email, and collect RSVPs in a private host dashboard.

Using MiniInvite

• MiniInvite is free to use: designing, publishing and sharing an invitation and collecting guest replies are provided at no charge, and no card details are collected.
• Publishing gives you one public invitation link with no watermark, a private host dashboard, guest replies, meal and headcount summary, CSV export, and the ability to edit supported details afterwards.
• Unpublished drafts stay private to you. Reasonable fair-use limits apply so the service stays reliable.
• Invitations bought before MiniInvite became free keep working and their records are unchanged.

User content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant MiniInvite a limited licence to display it on your event page. Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing or deceptive content.

Invitation-link visibility

Public invitations are unlisted and not intended to appear in search results. Anyone with the link can open the invitation. Password protection is not currently included. Guest replies are visible only to the host in the private host dashboard.

WhatsApp

Share by WhatsApp, text or email. Guests open the link and reply in their browser. MiniInvite is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
